Lesson 3 - 6 Mark question, Planning and structuring as a class then students write their own answers - scaffolding sheets to help with this.
Lesson 4 - Fitness Tests (To use fitness testing booklet with this lesson) Fitness tests: hand grip, sit and reach, cooper run sit up test
Lesson 5 - Fitness Tests (To use fitness testing booklet with this lesson) power and speed.

Lesson 2 - Components of fitness - See booklet for students to use, which is good for scaffolding throughout the lesson and allows concise notes to be taken.
PP includes exam style questions and S+C for HA’s
Starter task sheet on slide 1 for students to carry out the match up task.

Used for students to recored methods, their results and compare to normative data.
Works best when printed on A3, Double sided and used a booklet.
Here is two versions of a 8 mark question on body composition. Print double sided and fold in half, students plan the answer on the front and then answer question.
Here is a lesson covering the 3 methods of training for flexibility - Static and dynamic stretching and PNF Training.

Unit 1 Revision Guide for students to use for revision. Works best if printed on A3 paper and printed double sided. Students really engaged in revision using this booklet.

Lesson 4 covers 4 of the fitness tests. Once I went through the tests with the class they they carried out the tests the next lesson - filling in their fitness testing booklet (See other resource)
Presentation to introduce methods of training. This involves a task using cards to match up the components to the methods of training.

Here is a resource for students to use when understanding how to umpire a game of netball. This will allow them to focus on certain rules, within certain parts of the court independently.
